A simple and aromatic dessert, cake with pears and vanilla sauce will conquer the little ones from the first tasting! Here's how you prepare it!
Preparation time: 3 1/2 hours
200 g butter
100 g sour cream
25 ml milk
100 g old powder
400 g flour
50 g old
juice from a lemon
200 g cream
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Method of preparation
Mix the ingredients for the cake dough in the bowl of a kitchen robot until you get a homogeneous composition. Cool for at least 2 hours. At the end of this interval, line a tart shape with this dough, start it with a fork, then place sliced pears and sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle sugar and a splash of cinnamon.
Bake the preheated oven at 180 C, over medium heat, and leave for about 25 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce by mixing the butter, egg, vanilla sugar and cream in a saucepan until you get a well-mixed composition.
Pour the sauce over the cake and leave it in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. Serve the cake with a cup of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
