The crispy vegetable salad is a preparation that helps you to implement the nutritionists' advice, which urges the consumption of as many vegetables every day!

1 kg assorted vegetables (onion, carrot, pumpkin, potatoes, red cabbage, green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers)

1 green salad

5-6 cloves of garlic

30 ml of olive oil


black pepper


For sauce

20 ml of olive oil

20 g sunflower seeds

100 g almond

1 clove of garlic

1 piece of green onion

20-30 ml lemon juice


Method of preparation

Turn on the oven and let it heat well.

Meanwhile, clean the vegetables, wash them and cut them into medium pieces.

Put the carrots, onions, potatoes, bell pepper and pumpkin in the pan, pour the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, rosemary, pepper and put them in the oven.

Allow them to cook for about 20 minutes, then add the remaining vegetables - beans, cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms. Bake the tray again in the oven for another 20-25 minutes.

Put them in a bowl, add the broken green salad leaves to the pieces, mix the ingredients to make the sauce and pour it over the vegetables.
