Salmon chives can become nutritious and tasty snacks in the menu of a 1-2 year old, if you take care to prepare them with ingredients suitable for this age!

350 g of salt

2 carrots

1 medium onion

1 large potato

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2-3 yellows

1/2 parsley connection

1/2 dill connection


Method of preparation

Give the salmon cleansed skin through the meat grinder. Meanwhile, boil the potato and chop the carrots and chopped onion in a little water. Clean the boiled potato, cut it into cubes and put it in the blender, along with the carrots, onion and salmon, until they become pasta.

Then add the yolks, dill, parsley and salt and mix in the blender, until the ingredients are incorporated into the paste. Form balls with a diameter of 3 cm and place them in a row, in a tray that you previously covered with olive oil.

Bake the pan with baking pans, over medium heat, about 45 minutes.
