2 tablespoons vinegar wine or lemon juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
8 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon mustard
1 clove of garlic, cleaned and crushed
salt and pepper
Method of preparation
Mix wine and balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper until you get a homogeneous substance. Then add the oil and mix again with a blender.
To give it an added flavor, you can also add chopped parsley. You can serve vinaigrette as a dressing for vegetable salads or meat or fish dishes.
It should be prepared a few hours before and put in the refrigerator.
