Mushroom salads can be more satisfying, nutritious and tasty than the classic, with mayonnaise and plenty of caloric ingredients, which can make you fat! Here is the simplest and fastest salad recipe!

400 g mushrooms

2 tablespoons olive oil

1-2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

2 cloves of garlic



Method of preparation

Clean and boil mushrooms in salted water. Leave for about 10-12 minutes, until softened, then drain and allow to cool. If you want to skip this step, buy canned mushrooms, which no longer require heat preparation.

Cut them into thin slices and place in a bowl. Prepare the salad dressing separately, mixing the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the mushrooms and, at the end, put the parsley freshly chopped and the garlic crushed or minced.
