200 g old
110 g margarine
210 g flour
1 vanilla essence
1 sachet of baking powder
fresh mint leaves
Method of preparation
Mix margarine well with sugar, until you get a homogeneous cream. Then add the egg, vanilla essence and mix again well. Separately, in a larger bowl combine the sifted flour with baking powder and add this composition over the margarine mixture.
Cut the minced mint and incorporate it into the dough, then mix well until smooth. Make from the dough obtained balls, place them in a tray lined with baking paper, dust them with flour, then bake them for 25 minutes.
